Payment Methods
You can order from Wisdom Garb with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or a Money Order (US and Canada only). You can also pay with a check or money order. When paying by check or money order, you will need to checkout online, instructions will be given during checkout process.
Return Policy
If you order something and we send you the wrong garb, we will pay for you to return it so we can send you the right garb. If you order a medium garb, but realized you need a small, we'll exchange it, but you pay for the postage to return the medium garb. If what we send you is defective or damaged, we will replace the item at our expense. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to make your return or exchange.That's our return policy and we're sticking to it!
Back Ordered
Occasionally we sell out of a particular garb and we put it on backorder. Typically it can take 2-3 weeks for the item to become available again. If we decide to no longer carry a certain garb, we will say so on the garbs page.
Privacy Policy
We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only.
